He is the founder Director of Naipunnya International. He is a Management Graduate from Christ College, Bangalore. He had a short stint in the corporate sector. He also has a rich and wide experience in the Non-profit sector. He has repeatedly travelled across Mainland Europe, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, Singapore and Middle East countries. During his travel, he has visited various Universities/ Colleges/ Institutes to learn more about each one of them..

We started by recruiting candidates to organizations at the entry, middle and senior level with a major focus on selection & staffing; and with a secondary focus on Executive Search.
Employability
As we started working with organizations, we realized the urgency of training candidates in critical skills for their employability. Hence, we started a division for language training and another for grooming talent at a young age.
Language Academy: Our Language Academy is for training the aspirants in English & IELTS, Italian, German, French and Spanish. More than 2000 students have undergone training at our language academy. We have a state-of-the- art Language Lab with other supporting facilities. We are IELTS registration centre for British Council and IDP – Planet EDU
Talent Track Programme : This programme is for grooming young talent at an early age. Through the channels of Talent Clubs in various villages, we reach out to young students from the age group of 10 to 18 and train them in age specific skills, in personal effectiveness, communication, personality etc. We also provide financial assistance for children from poor families for their education.

As part of honing the employable skills of the candidates through International Education, we got into Education Recruitment where the process is same as in employment recruitment. In Employment recruitment we match a job profile with a person and then recruit. In Education recruitment we match the education aspiration of the candidates with the courses, universities and countries.
